Packshot photography refers to clean, high-quality product images - usually on a white or neutral background—used primarily for eCommerce, catalogues, and packaging. These images focus on accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Most packshots are photographed on pure white (RGB 255,255,255) to meet the requirements of platforms like Amazon, eBay, and Shopify. We can also shoot on light grey, off-white, or custom-coloured backdrops if preferred.
Yes. All final packshots are given our standard retouching for dust, scratches, colour accuracy, and product shape. The goal is to present your product in its best light while staying true to the real-life appearance.
Absolutely. We typically deliver high-res JPEGs, but we can also supply transparent PNGs.

Yes. We shoot to Amazon’s strict image standards by default (pure white background, no shadows or logos, clear product fill). If you need images tailored for Etsy, Not On The High Street, or other platforms, we’ll follow those specs.
Most clients opt for 3–5 images per product (front, back, side, angled, and detail shot), but we can create as many as you need for your listing or catalogue. We can also create variant sets for different colours or sizes.
Yes. If your packaging is a key selling point (e.g. a premium box or eco-conscious wrapping), we can shoot it either alone or alongside the product to give context and boost conversion.
Please send clean, production-ready items. For best results, ensure labels are straight, packaging is in good condition, and all products are free from dust, dents, or creases.
